User Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, the India Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, and global data privacy standards (GDPR), GoGroww ("GoGroww Technologies PVT LTD", "we", "us") provides transparent and accessible procedures for users, clients, and end-consumers to request the complete deletion of their personal, business, and messaging data.

1. What Data Can Be Deleted
Upon receiving a verifiable data deletion request, GoGroww permanently purges: contact details (name, email, telephone number, business profile), chat message histories, media attachments (images, PDFs, documents), campaign engagement logs, and custom attributes stored within our CRM and WhatsApp Cloud API portal.
Data that must be retained for legal, taxation, or statutory compliance (such as GST-compliant B2B invoices and transaction receipts under Indian law) is retained solely for the legally mandated period and excluded from marketing or conversational processing.
2. How to Request Data Deletion via Meta (Facebook Settings)
If you linked your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) or Facebook Login with GoGroww Messaging, you can remove the integration and trigger automated deletion directly from your Facebook settings:
Step 1: Log in to your Facebook profile and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Step 2: Scroll down to "Apps and Websites" in the left menu.
Step 3: Locate "GoGroww Messaging" or "GoGroww Portal" in the active apps list.
Step 4: Click "Remove". Check the option to delete your data and confirm.
Meta will automatically notify our secure data deletion endpoint, which generates an immutable confirmation code and initiates the purge within 48 hours.
3. How to Request Data Deletion via Web Form or Email
You may also request immediate manual deletion by contacting our Data Protection Officer directly:

Include: Your registered telephone number (in E.164 format, e.g. +91 98765 43210) or account email address.
Our compliance engineering team will verify the request, execute the purge across all primary databases, Redis caches, and S3 object storage backups, and respond with a cryptographic confirmation certificate within 5 business days.
4. Checking the Status of a Data Deletion Request
When Meta or our system processes your request, a unique Confirmation Code (e.g., DEL-2026-XXXXX) is generated.
