Use of this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, to probe or scan its infrastructure, to introduce malicious code, or to use automated means to extract content at a volume that degrades service for others.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code and branding on this site belong to GoGroww unless credited otherwise, and are protected by copyright and related rights. You may read, share and quote our published articles with attribution and a link. You may not republish them wholesale or present them as your own.

Work produced for a client under an engagement transfers to that client on the terms of the relevant agreement — typically in full on final payment.

Quotes, proposals and audits

Audits, quotes and proposals are provided in good faith on the information available at the time and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. They are an offer to contract, not a contract, until accepted in writing by both parties.

No guarantee of specific results

Marketing and search performance depend on factors outside any agency’s control, including competitor activity, search engine algorithms, advertising platform policies, market conditions and your own capacity to serve demand. We commit to defined deliverables, professional standards and transparent reporting. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts or revenue outcomes, and you should be cautious of anyone who does.

Third-party platforms

Our services often depend on platforms operated by others — search engines, advertising networks, app stores, hosting providers and SaaS tools. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, policy changes or decisions, including account suspensions or app review outcomes, although we will act reasonably to help resolve them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoGroww is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us under that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab have jurisdiction, unless a signed engagement agreement specifies otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
